As Operations Lead, you will support the Head of Business Solutions International (BSI) in achieving business objectives through strategic partnership, improving organizational efficiency, ensuring proper governance, facilitating effective interactions, and contributing to cross-functional strategic initiatives within BSI 

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Head of BSI to determine and analyze issues, themes, and risks to be addressed by the BSI function. Lead the process of developing the BSI strategy, including aligning on function-wide priorities and goal settings to drive enterprise-wide impact across the leadership team 
• Appraise and evaluate customer feedback, industry benchmarks, and other sources to inform future initiatives. Collaborate with members of BSI leadership team to ensure quality and consistency across the BSI objectives 
• Contribute to and act as project lead on teams for strategic initiatives and flagship programs. Represent BSI and share its strategy, direction, and priorities for greater CLS/International alignment. Offer strategic advice and guidance as a trusted partner 
• Manage input into the quarterly investor relations process and address ad hoc business-related requests, both local and global. Develop and own the leadership team governance, including but not limited to: Interpret concepts, ideas, and content into strategic thoughts. Ensure effective operational management of critical decision-making 
• Own and drive the development, compilation, communication, and implementation of the overall strategic plan for BSI together with the Head of BSI and leadership team members in alignment with the overall International/ CLS strategy 
• Drive the development and manage the execution of high-quality, integrated cross-functional plans for projects. Act as an active, viable, and trustful liaison for other line functions' Heads of Strategy and Operations to exchange strategic priorities, ensuring full alignment of individual strategies with the BSI strategy 
• Be a full member of the BSI leadership team, chair and actively participate in relevant leadership meetings and annual strategy offsite meetings. Drive the strategic aspects in external branding and engagement in close collaboration with relevant Business leads, while actively collaborating and leveraging synergies with other line functions 
• Drive operational performance by creating, defining, implementing, and managing meaningful KPIs and business metrics for BSI teams and support delivering high-quality monthly reporting. Act as a business partner for the Head of BSI and provide support and advice on strategic matters and special projects 

Essential Requirements:

• University or College Degree in any field or life science with MBA degree or equivalent
• Overall, 5 to 10 years’ experience out of which at least five in managerial/ Individual contributor and Consulting roles / Project manager
• Broad experience (approx. 10+ years) in Lifesciences or Healthcare desirable.
• Good team coordination and project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative leadership. Excellent organizational, planning, resource, and global project management skills.
